The Process
Consultation
Once you send us a message from the site, our Intake Specialist will call to have a conversation to learn where you are and meet you at that level. We’ll shed light on the situation for each other, and work toward scheduling a tour of our facility.
Intake Process
We’ll have you tour the facility and complete a full BCBA clinician call to gather more details. We will also have an initial assessment sometime in summer before school starts, and gather insurance info.
Enrollment
Open House events are held in July and August to explore with other families and meet staff. We’ll invite all parents to our email list to keep you updated on events and community plans.
